The Summer Challenge is officially wrapped butttt if you’ve been through a challenge with me before you know the end is never the end. That’s because anything with a “start” and “end” date isn’t really LG if you know what I mean. You see… this is a lifestyle and while we have challenges and programs with start and stop dates, we really just transition from one to the next. We will switch up the training approach to keep our bodies adapting. BUT, the end is never the end.
With that said, in just 1 week, we are kicking off the Fall Challenge Preview week. Challenge preview weeks are samples of the challenge workout so you can get a taste for what’s coming.
Until then, I thought it would be fun to do a mash up workout schedule and combine different workouts from different plans. I’m also throwing in free blog workouts in case you don’t have a plan listed.
