Fitmas Challenge: Legs + Glutes (W2D2)

Week 2, Day 2… how are you feeling? I hope today is the day that you feel like you’re getting back in your groove. After a holiday weekend, it can be difficult to turn the switch back over to healthy meals and regular workouts but it’s so worth it. There is nothing better than┬áfeeling your best during the holidays. I intentionally made this workout interval style like yesterday so that if need be you can shorten in. I suggest 5 rounds of each exercise but cut it back to 3 if you are still adjusting to workouts.
