Week 2, Day 2… how are you feeling? I hope today is the day that you feel like you’re getting back in your groove. After a holiday weekend, it can be difficult to turn the switch back over to healthy meals and regular workouts but it’s so worth it. There is nothing better than feeling your best during the holidays. I intentionally made this workout interval style like yesterday so that if need be you can shorten in. I suggest 5 rounds of each exercise but cut it back to 3 if you are still adjusting to workouts.
