ConfidenceKini- Legs & Butt Weighted Workout (W4D3)

It’s a hump day leg and booty workout because if you can get through this lift and today, the rest of the week will breeze by! Seriously though… this workout is tough and if you want my recommendation to make it even more challenging: SPRINTS!

 
HOW TO INTENSIFY THIS WORKOUT:
Before you begin this workout, complete 5 rounds of sprints (sprint as fast as you can for 20-30 seconds and then rest completely for about 1 minute). Do that both before and after this leg workout.
Tomorrow, let’s laugh together at how ridiculous of an idea this was as we waddle around with sore legs!
