Leg day on a Monday is like checking off the most challenging task on your to-do list first! Get it over with and from there, everything else is “easier.” BUT, there is nothing easy about this leg and butt circuit workout. This lift is challenging for 2 main reasons: 1) we are using heavy weight (a lot of circuit workouts don’t suggest using challenging weight but you can handle it!) AND 2) back to back exercises (this creates a cardiovascular challenge on top of the muscles we are working!) Focus on both challenging weight and keeping up the pace and you’ll knock it out of the park with this workout!
