Fitmas Challenge: Legs + Butt (W4D3)

This traditional weight training legs and butt workout is perfect right about now. We will begin with a glute activation, which is going to be key for turning this workout into a glute-emphasized leg workout. With the glute activation, I recommend focusing on feeling the movement… go slowly, imagine those glutes engaging and squeeze!
