It’s cardio day! Now, this is the 5th week you’ve encountered a conditioning workout of mine and I really want to up the challenge. Do you think you can stick to *or shorten* the rest times? Normally, you would rest for 60 seconds in between each exercise BUT today, do you think you could rest just 45 seconds? Or, if you normally rest a little over a minute, try sticking to exactly 60 seconds. Let’s do it! Push yourself… you’ll feel even better after.
