Ingredients:-3lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 medium – large size onion (chopped)
-1 pound fresh mushrooms
-2 cloves garlic (minced)
-1/4 cup flour (I blended oats in my food processor to make oat flour)
-1 cup low sodium chicken broth
-2tbsp tomato paste (find lowest sodium option)
-14oz can diced tomatoes (drained – find lowest sodium option)
-herbs (I used fresh basil)

Optional:
-sea salt and pepper to taste
-brown rice pasta (to serve over)
-fresh grated parmesan cheese
Prep:
-Add chicken to Crockpot first
-Top with remaining ingredients
-Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low 8-9 hours
*I prefer my chicken shredded so after cooking, I shredded the meat
*For carb-less options I eat as is, but for a carb option I eat this over brown rice pasta (or pasta of your choice) and it is delicious
*Add/delete any ingredients as desired
*This makes 6-8 servings depending on desired serving size

Anonymous- she explain everything on her website, if you want know more about her diet, you can purchase hers $3 for 5 days meal plan or in combo with workout! If I would've being her I wouldn't answer either. Everything she does in here. People ask the same questions over and over without actually taking the effort to read or pay. $3 for a meal plan is pretty awesome. Personal trainers charge you $150-200 a month for meal/workout plans! negativity is awful.
