I take the approach of “training smarter not harder” to help you best see results in the most effective way. Today’s workout begins with a glute pre-exhaust. You will perform 3 isolated glute exercises before starting the lower body workout. This will ensure your quads and hamstrings aren’t dominating the workout to help you best tighten and sculpt that butt! I can’t wait to hear what you think of Day 1!
