Nutrition is without a doubt essential to seeing results. True story and one I’ve shared many times… for the first few years of my health and fitness journey, I worked out every day but didn’t change the way I ate. I saw some results but definitely not the visible ab goals I had for myself. Only when I changed how I ate (and actually was able to workout less), did I get to those fit and lean results.

Macros are protein, fats and carbohydrates… all our meals should be balanced in these macros. This is the stuff I take care of for you through my meal plan so that when you eat, you can focus on enjoying! BUT, you need to know that this is why the plan works so well.

 

3) WEEKLY BASIS
