Fall Challenge Sample Workout: Back + Biceps (Day 1)

Welcome to “preview week” of the Fall Challenge where you will find sample workouts. These workouts will give you an idea of the types you’ll find in the plan. About the Workout:

This week we begin with a back and biceps workout. Back and biceps are a great muscle group to combine because many of the exercises you will encounter in this workout target both. This works toward the goal of creating muscle breakdown through weight training. Remember- muscle breakdown is a good thing. We “build” muscle when we break down the muscle fibers, allow for proper rest + recovery and then those muscles cells repair bigger and stronger. That process is what we refer to as “results.”
