CONFIDENCEKINI CHALLENGE – WEEK 1 SCHEDULE

Happy Sunday and welcome to the Sunday Schedule for the first week of the ConfidenceKini Challenge. Excitement is running through my veins as I sit at my kitchen table typing this to you because I need this challenge more than anything right now!

It’s going to be 5 weeks of quick workouts that leave us feeling badass, healthy meals that actually taste good, a community to grow closer to and a time to just feel all the feels and enjoy life.

Honestly, I’ve been in a bit of a funk lately (as you may have heard me share on IG stories) so whether you’re up or down in your life, all we’ve got to do is commit to this challenge, trust in the process and let the results uplift us. You feel me, friend?! Believe me when I say this… we are in it together! I am here for you!
