I love a mid-week weight training break. It’s cardio day. Personally, I think it is also a good mental break to switch up your scenery… if you’re used to working out at home, switch up your usual route. If you typically go to the gym, maybe stay at home or go to a park. If you’re really adventurous, you could even change up the type of cardio you do today… normally a walking person, try the bike! Anything new and different is key today!
