ConfidenceKini Body Tip of the Day: I consider the weekend to be just as important as a weekday! A weekend well spent can yield a productive, yet peaceful week, so we must learn to use our weekends wisely. Many of us are so busy during the week that we actually keep up that same fast pace on the weekends: household tasks, errands, sporting events, travel. Even though many of our weekends are filled with fun, friends and family, it’s still important that we actually plan some downtime! Downtime can take on many different forms, such as a coffee date with a friend, a walk through the park with your hunny, a mani/pedi, or even quiet meditation – whatever you choose, be sure it’s something that recharges you. Your soul will feel better and you’ll notice stress reduce (( and we all know how reducing stress can help reduce the waistline ))
Daily Challenge: Plan a recharging activity into your weekend – schedule it in your calendar as you would an appointment. Share what you did to recharge this weekend with the community!
