This workout was probably my favorite of the week. Shoulders are a muscle group that can give the entire upper body a fit look. BUT, shoulders require strategic training because there are 3 main heads or components to the “shoulder” muscle. First off, it’s technical name is the deltoid and the deltoid has anterior (front), lateral (side), and posterior (rear/back) heads. When shoulder training is combined with back exercises, I find I can target those rear delts much more effectively. Try it out and see what you think!
