I used to call this a “curves made of muscle” workout because it definitely sculpts a fit, hourglass look. A lot of women skip back training but I find it so important because 1) back muscles help improve posture and alignment 2) overall symmetry and 3) a fit back gives the appearance of an even smaller waistline. Combine back with glutes and you’ve got yourself a curves made of muscle workout hehe.
