Fall Challenge: Back + Biceps Workout (W4D3)

You know how much I love the back and biceps muscle group combination. Of course, I enjoy a traditional arm day, targeting the biceps and triceps too. For a workout like this… all the back movements will also recruit our bicep muscles. SO, without directly working our arms, we are actually working our arms. By the time you get to the bicep exercises, you’ll really feel them in the finishing circuit.
