-Dumbbell pullover

Tip of the Day: One of the greatest challenges for me was my relationship with food. I always considered myself a healthy eater because I would eat a, singular, one healthy meal per day – it’s okay, go ahead and giggle 😉 I would eat a healthy breakfast or lunch, then feel okay about snacking or indulging later on in the day. Think about this…food = fuel for your fit body. Changing the way I look at food and the purpose of food has really helped me value clean, whole, unprocessed foods and genuinely care about what I put into my body. We care about the type and quality of gasoline and oil we put into our cars, so shouldn’t we be concerned with what’s fueling our bodies?!
12 Week Home Workout E-Book Details:
I’ll be dropping details daily on this project being released Monday, January 13th. I spent my day yesterday shooting pics for the ebook. I know a lot of the movements that I share are not always familiar, so I’m hoping that having picture demonstrations of every single exercise will really enhance your results!

    The thought of you considering food is a thought I know to good.
    I´ve also treated my body not very well with my eating behaviour – a lot or nothing.
    But I want to change this year and eat good food all the time and in a good moderation.

    You look so fit, I love it!
    How do you put your equipment on your door?
