TIP OF THE DAY: A lot of individuals fear carbohydrates and do low-carb or no carb diets, thinking that will solve their weight loss problems. However, I’ve found the most effective tip in relation to carbs to be all about timing. I try to place my high carb meals around a weight training workout and lower carb meals around cardio, as well as reducing my carb intake into the evening. As always, complex carbohydrates are the way to go as they are slower digesting! Be smart with the timing of your carbs and you have nothing to fear 🙂
