Being 2 weeks into the ConfidenceKini Challenge, you will notice us turning up the intensity a notch! I hope you find the faster-paced workouts and a few new movements bring progress to your physical fitness. I will also be putting a focus on nutrition this week to hone in on results as I know it’s a topic of interest to this community. 
Below you will find the ConfidenceKini Challenge Week 3 Schedule! 
You may opt to print it or simply save it to your phone so you know what we have going on. Each day (( actually the night prior for us AM gym-goers )) a daily post will be made right here containing the workout of the day, a tip to help you reach your goals, and a daily challenge to push you outside of your comfort zone while having fun!
Don’t forget to hold yourself accountable by making daily check ins to Instagram. Share with the community your workout selfies, meals, lifestyle pictures, etc. so we can connect and support each other!
