A little preparation goes a long way! With summer in full swing, take some time today to prep your meals for the week! Do what you can… simply get to the grocery store! Maybe chop up some fruit and veggies for lighter snacking! Perhaps prep your protein! Or, go for it all and prep several meals ahead of time! Whatever you’re doing to prepare your meals, share it with the community!

Monday now means a “Mindset Motivation” post here on LaurenGleisberg.com and I’m so excited to hear how it speaks to you and how you can speak to the community! What mindset are you taking with you this week? For example, I am focusing on a fearless mindset this week. Sometimes I get in my own way and hold myself back out of fear. This week, I’m leaning in and amplifying the courage I know I have to do things outside of my comfort zone whether that in the gym, in the office or in relationships.
