Steady State Cardio (#LGLoveYourselfFit | "LOVE") – 2/18

Workout Note:
If you do not have treadmill access, you can substitute any cardio workout 
performed at a moderate-intensity for a steady pace for 30minutes!

Self-Love Message of the Day: 
I don’t think there’s much denying the fact that love is one of the most amazing feelings. Haven’t you found that to hold true in your own life? When you’re on that frequency of love, it’s like a natural high where nothing can seem to bring you down. If they say that success is nothing more than a series of  habits performed day after day, then couldn’t we assume that success in loving ourselves and our lives could come from simple self-love habits?! I certainly think so!
3 Simple Self-Love Habits:
(1) Count love in your life – literally! Count up all the people, moments, things, etc. that bring love into your life. The number doesn’t matter, but recognizing those sources of love on a regular basis helps us know where to turn to when we need a boost of love
(2) Show gratitude towards that love.  Love is certainly not something we can take for granted. It’s a blessing not a privilege to have a loving family, a loving significant other, loving friendships, a job you love, or a love for yourself. Take some time each day to show appreciation and gratitude for the love in your life! The more love you give, the more love you receive!
(3) Do more of what you love. It’s really that simple. Our time is a precious thing, but we make time for what’s important to us. If love is important to you, which I know it is, make it priority to do more of what you love and to be around those you love!
Daily Challenge: Do more of what you love today…make a call to someone you love, make plans with someone you love, be with someone you love! Share a picture of that special someone whether it be a girlfriend, sister, mother, husband, co-worker, or neighbor who brings lots of love into your life!
