-Dumbbell side lateral raises
-Dumbbell shoulder press
-1min cardio

-Rear delt high cable pulls with rope
-Cable rope upright rows
-1min cardio

-Diagonal kickbacks
-Step ups on assisted pull up machine
-1min cardio

-Weighted glute bridges
-1min cardio

    What are your workouts on Saturdays and Sundays? Do you usually give yourself an active rest day on Saturday and then start back Sunday pm? Just looking for some guidance because I'm coming to the end of the week not sure of what to do! Thanks
