Here’s the game plan, girl… it’s another lifting day today because then we get in 3 weighted workouts for the week. Tomorrow (Thanksgiving! Yay!), we can relax a bit more… I have a circuit workout coming that you don’t need to go to the gym for and you don’t need any equipment. Just a quick sweat sesh to feel good before the feast!
