I’ve never met a pizza that I did not like, including this healthier tortilla pizza style. If you’ve never had a tortilla pizza, I’m confident in saying… you’re missing out. A tortilla?! First off, it aligns with my cooking style which is quick and easy. I love that you can just as easily make a single serving as you can enough for your entire family. The tortilla crisps in the most delicious way and it takes like a legitimate pizza. And, it is macro friendly. Even if you’re not someone who regularly counts macros (I don’t), it is important to be aware of portions with a macro mindset. I enjoy every bite of this meal all while staying on the path to reaching my goals.
