My Weight Training Plans are traditional weight training style workout programs designed to make body compositional changes: more muscle + less fat. They’re proven and they work. This version features brand new workouts, workout formats and new exercises to make progress and hit your goals right at home or in the gym.
Minimum Equipment Required:
- Dumbbells
- Resistance Band
- Bench/Box/Step
You will receive both the home and gym version in case you have a combination of both equipment.
