March 30-April 3 Workout Schedule

Can this next challenge just start already?! You know me, I’m always scheming up something to make things just a little bit more fun and effective. Well, there is going to be an AMAZING addition to the next challenge. You ladies are going to absolutely love it! I will announce the date very s-o-o-n!

Below you can find your weekly workout schedule to help you stay on track!

Because a lot of you have all my fitness ebooks, I’ve created a fun way
to utilize all those workouts =crazy fun combos =switch ups = shock the
body =even better results
 

Remember…this “in between challenge” still has incentives; to the 2
people who make the most progress (inside & out) & who show the
greatest dedication through regular Instagram check ins

March 30-April 4 Schedule: 

MONDAY
Workout: Day 4 from 30×30 Fat Loss Shred 
Challenge: Going off of the theme from this Sunday’s newsletter, share one thing you LOVE about yourself with the community

If you don’t have 30×30 Fat Loss Shred, you can use a previously posted circuit workout (here)


TUESDAY:
Workout: Phase 1, Workout A – Legs from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Is a shoe selfie a thing? Why not?! Share your favorite pair of gym shoes today – it seems our community is always on the hunt for a good pair #LGAccountability


If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted leg workout ( here ) 


WEDNESDAY: 
Workout: Phase 2, Workout B – HIIT Cardio & Abs from Fit For Life
Challenge: Give a #WomanCrushWednesday shoutout to one of your fellow #LGAccountability members


If you don’t have Fit For Life, you can use a previously posted cardio workout (here)

THURSDAY: 
Workout: Phase 3, Workout A – Shoulders, Triceps & Calves from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Slow down the pace of your week with a relaxing bath…a little you time will do you well #LGAccountability


If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted upper body workout (here)


FRIDAY: 
Workout: Phase 3, Workout B – Back, Arms, Abs & Cardio from Fit For Life
Challenge: Our favorite picture day! Flex Friday – show off those beautiful lady guns #LGFlexFriday #LGAccountability  


If you don’t have Fit For Life, you can use a previously posted arm workout (here)
