Don’t hate me for this one… burpees and planks and more make for one intense HIIT workout. Lately, I am a big fan of switching up my workout environment. I belong to a gym where I usually workout. BUT, my neighborhood also has a clubhouse gym and I have a small home gym in my garage. I’ve been switching up where I workout and I’ve got to say it adds to my motivation. Just a tip in case you could use it too :):)
