ConfidenceKini Body Tip of the Day: If you know me by now, you know I’m always talking about, working on, or helping you get…ABS! In yesterday’s post, I shared a bit about why I love abdominal definition. It seems like a superficial goal, but it embodies so much more! 
Enough of why I’m all about those abs, it’s time to help you earn them too! 
The truth is that abs are built in the gym, such as in today’s workout, but revealed in the kitchen as through the LG Meal Plan. The combination is critical! Let’s dive deeper. Abs are like any other muscle on your body that requires training to develop. The great thing about training muscles of the abdomen is that they are at work in your everyday life such as when you twist, bend and reach as well as in almost every movement in and out of the gym that requires balance and stabilization; still, it’s important to isolate these muscles through abdominal and core exercises for muscle development.  
Now, to reveal those sexy abdominal muscles you’ve created, it’s essential to focus on nutrition. Doing so is the most effective way to reduce overall body fat so those muscles can be seen! Daily Challenge: While we’re on the theme of abs, in addition to today’s ab exercises, add in one that’s always worked well for you ((you know those “go-tos” that you just respond well to)) If you can photograph yourself doing it or find a picture online, share it with the community so we can try out new moves! 
   
My go-to ab exercise is a standard crunch performed very slowly! Still, my best results have come from changes in nutrition, which is still where I place my focus! Here’s a progress picture I’ve shared previously – “before” is when I was just ab training and “after” is following Eat Your Way Lean guidelines and doing ab exercises occasionally!
