As much as I love weight training, it feel so good to switch it up with cardio. As you know, I am sharing free workouts from the Abs + Accelerated Fat Loss Plan, which launches on Monday. What makes this plan effective is not only the workouts but really the techniques. Today’s technique is progressive overload. You’ll see the plank and side plank ask you to record your max hold time. From what you record today, we will increase the intensity next week in order to progress in strength and results.
