    Hi, does the meal plan include recommended portion sizes for different goals, and starting weight?

      Hi Tiffany! Great question – I never worry about where you start. It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or have been eating healthy for years. Once you dive into the meal plan, you’ll see there are some “switch ups” for portions based on if you’re more focused on fat loss or trying to build muscle. Hope that helps! XO
