Every Sunday, I like to put together a schedule overview so you can see what we will be up to each day.
The ConfidenceKini workouts combine weights and cardio to create effective 30 min workouts focused on getting fit and lean. This style of workouts is definitely my sweet spot so I couldn’t be more excited for this week of workouts to roll out.
