ConfidenceKini Preview Week: Fit Arms Circuit Workout (Day 2)

Arm day, baby! Sculpt fit arms with this circuit workout. It’s 5 exercises that we will complete in sequence with just 30 seconds of rest in between each movement. I love this rest time because it’s just enough to give the arm muscles a break yet you’ll still notice the cardio challenge. 

All the ConfidenceKini Challenge workouts are designed with a weight and cardio component. I do this because I train for my goals and the goal of this challenge is to shed fat while simultaneously sculpting lean muscle.
