TODAY is the DAY!
It’s the first day you get to begin building your ConfidenceKini body – one of fitness, strength, confidence and self-love alongside the #LGTeamKini
It’s the first step of a wonderful adventure! I hope you’re as excited as I am!
Each day, I want you to fight…to fight for your right to live the life of your dreams! You deserve all the love, happiness and abundance this world has to offer! Let healthy living help take you there!

You know I can get a bit sappy, and that’s because health and fitness truly transformed not only my body, but also the way I look at life and myself. It took me from an insecure, skinny teenager to a strong individual with a mind full of possibilities and positivity, a soul full of peace, and a heart full of love that I enjoy sharing! I am thrilled just thinking about the ability for this challenge and healthy living to take your life to a higher level: one where you look good, feel good, and are leading the life of your dreams. It’s a place where you can truly get to, and I’m so thankful to be on this journey together!

Below you will find the ConfidenceKini Challenge Week 1 Schedule. You may opt to print it or simply save it to your phone so you know what we have going on! Each day (( actually the night prior for us AM gym-goers )) a daily post will be made right here containing the workout of the day, a tip to help you reach your goals, and a daily challenge to push you outside of your comfort zone while having fun!
Don’t forget to hold yourself accountable by making daily check ins to Instagram. Share with the community your workout selfies, meals, lifestyle pictures, etc. so we can connect and support each other!     First off, thank you so much for doing this challenge, Lauren. You are my fit inspo. Because of you, I actually started to do weights, which says a lot coming from a former cardio bunny. Secondly, will the Upper Body Circuit include the back? I know that I am getting a little bit ahead of myself, but I just like to plan things in advance.
