LG and total body workout rarely go in the same sentence… you know that by now. The short of it is that I do not find it to be a very effective way to cause muscle breakdown. We achieve muscle breakdown during our workouts and it is the process responsible for helping us get stronger and more physically fit. I’m all about workouts that get us to our goals the fastest, so that’s why I use total body workouts only on occasion… like today! They’re great at working the muscles, increasing our heart rates and achieving a great calorie burn!
