We’ve worked both legs and arms already this week, but I like to further focus on two muscle groups that give the body a really fit look. Deltoid muscles aka shoulders can give the entire arm a super fit appearance. And, I know we are all about sculpting and tightening the glutes. Today’s workout contains added exercises for the muscle groups that get us that overall strong look.
