Today is a break from weight training to allow our muscles to recover and add in some cardio and abs. Just a note on recovery – take rest days when needed because it’s part of the plan. Our muscles physically break down during workouts and it’s only when they’re allowed to recovery and given proper nutrients that they can repair, grow and give us results.
With that said, enjoy a day of of weights OR if you prefer, take a day off completely!
