Chest & Triceps – 11/22

Chest & Triceps
Chest:
-incline chest press machine
-dumbbell flys
     -superset with dumbbell bench press
-cable cross overs
-push ups

Tricpes:
-assisted dips
-barbell skullcrushers
    -superset with barbell close grip bench press

-20min cardio

TIP OF THE DAY: Enjoy your day! No worries about food, calories, or sweet treats… it is time to enjoy your Thanksgiving and focus on spending time with your family/friends/sweeties! While I do plan on enjoying a nice Thanksgiving dinner & a drink (or two), I will be eating healthy for my earlier meals and of course, getting my workout in! If you’ve worked your muscles hard these past few days, think of this high calorie, high carb meal as a treat for you muscles to aid in recovery; that my plan 😉
