Chest & Triceps – 10/30

Chest & Triceps
Chest:
-wide push ups
-incline dumbbell press
-flat bench flys
-chest press machine

Triceps:
-lying EZ curl tricep extension
-dumbbell tricep kickbacks
-two handed overhead dumbbell extension

Workout & pool time; this is the life 😉 

Enjoyed a good workout, nice weather by the pool (with some country music of course), and dinner/shopping with my dad – such a Daddy’s girl <3 Found the recipe for happiness & just had to buy it!
