Chest & Shoulders + Cardio – 12/2 (DAY 3)

Chest & Shoulders
-incline dumbbell chest press
     -superset with dumbbell shoulder press

-cable cross overs
     -superset with kettlebell push ups (example pic below)

-dumbbell rear delt flys
     -superset with burpees (10)

-dumbbell side lateral raises
     -superset with dumbbell upright row

-assisted dips (leaning forward to target chest)
          -superset with push ups

Cardio
-15min HIIT
     30 sec sprints
     30 sec rest
-5min cool down

All back everything – people must think I’m such a ray of sunshine 😉 Trying to grow the shoulders!
 Kettlebell push ups – one arm on ground, one arm on kettlebell – push up then switch sides
