-incline dumbbell press
-flat bench barbell press
-cable cross overs
-superset with push ups
Shoulders:
-dumbbell shoulder press
-cable side lateral raises
-cable front raises with EZ-curl bar
-superset with cable upright row with EZ-curl bar
Cardio
-15min (HIIT):
1min jogging in place
30sec rest
1min high knees
30sec rest
…repeat
-5min walking (cool down)
Who doesn’t love sexy shoulder muscles 🙂
