Time to switch it up… let’s push pause on the weights today and instead focus on cardio and abs. I highly recommend a mid-week training break. Whether that’s taking a complete rest day or taking a day off from weight training, it’s good for both the body and mind. So many women forget that we see results when we allow our bodies to recover so never fear a day off from the gym/switch up training day. Plus, this workout isn’t exactly “less intense” hehe ;):)
