Chest & Triceps
Chest:
-push up (wide position, fingers pointed forward)
-incline dumbbell press
-flat bench flys
-decline flys

Triceps:
-bench dips
-lying barbell tricep extension
-dumbell tricep kickback
-one arm cable triceps extension with handle

*If you try this tricep workout, I promise your arms will burn for days; 3 sets of 10 for each – challenge yourself & go heavy, especially on triceps!

A day in the life:
Celebrating no school tomorrow with a clean cheat (Panera’s Asian chicken salad – sooo yummy) & a shopping date with one of my beautiful besties; I’m becoming a hat person – do you love?? 😉
