Half way through the week… yay! This workout uses just dumbbells and a resistance band so if you have those at your house, I am going to suggest you workout at home today. Give yourself a new change of scenery. If you usually workout at home, try the gym OR even just a different place in your home. It seems silly but it actually helps increase my workout focus when I switch around where I workout! Anything to help keep us on our game this holiday season, right?!
