Fall Challenge: Biceps + Triceps Arm Workout (W2D3)

ARM DAY… an entire workout dedicated to biceps and triceps. Just a few personal tips… in the engagement and finishing circuit, I suggest you focus on the “feeling” of each movement. The muscle/mind connection is literally connecting internally to your muscle fibers and science proves it makes our workouts even more effective. In the weight training work sets, challenge yourself with increasing weight with each set!
