April 6-10 Workout Schedule

T-Minus 1 WEEK!

ONE WEEK from today we will begin our next challenge to prepare for our summer bodies. All the details will be posted tonight, so be sure to hop onto my mailing list to be one of the first to know!

Below you can find your weekly workout schedule to help you stay on track using all of my fitness ebooks in a new and fun combination!

April 6 -10 Schedule:  

MONDAY
Workout: Day 16 from 30×30 Fat Loss Shred 
Challenge: Identify one main goal for the week – share it and let the community support you #LGAccountability

If you don’t have 30×30 Fat Loss Shred, you can use a previously posted circuit workout (here)

TUESDAY:
Workout: Phase 2, Workout A – Legs & Glutes from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Let’s get tasty this Tuesday – share one of your favorite kitchen spices, ingredients, or recipes #LGAccountability

If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted leg workout ( here ) 

WEDNESDAY: 
Workout: Phase 2, Workout A – HIIT Cardio & Abs from Fit For Life
Challenge: Give yourself a mid-week push with an inspirational mantra you can use – why not share it with the community to push each other #LGAccountability

If you don’t have Fit For Life, you can use a previously posted cardio workout (here)

THURSDAY: 
Workout: Phase 3, Workout B – Shoulders, Triceps & Calves from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Thirsty Thursday LG style is all about the H20 – how about trying a fruit infused water recipe? Share your drink concoction #LGAccountability

If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted upper body workout (here)

FRIDAY: 
Workout: Phase 3, Workout A – Back, Arms, Abs & Cardio from Fit For Life
Challenge: Time for some Friday Fun – share a lifestyle pic with the community; let’s get to know each other more #LGAccountability  

If you don’t have Fit For Life, you can use a previously posted arm workout (here)
