ARM DAY! Usually my arm days consist of biceps and triceps with a little bit of shoulders but today’s focus is shoulders and triceps. This combination is effective because both muscle groups are activated by “pushing exercises” like presses, push downs, push ups, etc. Notice how once you activate these muscle groups, you’ll feel them in all of the exercises below! I’m also throwing in jump rope for cardio – it’s a great burn out for the arms. If you don’t have a jump rope, feel free to just pretend and go through the motions- it’s still very challenging!
