TIP OF THE DAY: Embrace a rest day! Did you miss me yesterday? 😉 I took a break from the gym & from blogging – it’s so healthy to both physically and mentally relax. Although, I will admit, it is quite hard for me to “rest” from the gym. For
me, getting into the gym everyday is the fun, easy part; my greater
struggle is getting in all my meals and keeping them clean. I find that
both working out and eating healthy compliment each other – when I eat
clean, I want to workout and when I workout I want to eat clean. My tip – even on a rest day, get in your gym clothes and take 20minutes for a deep stretching session!
