Week 3 of the 30×30 Challenge and there’s no stopping us now! Actually… sometimes there is a mid-journey bump in the road and you may be encountering that now.
At the beginning of a challenge, motivation is high and it is “easier” to stick to the plan. A few weeks in, it’s my goal that the motivation has turned into habits, allowing you to stay consistent. BUT, if that isn’t happening for you right now… that’s okay!
