30×30 Challenge: Week 5 Schedule

Can you believe this is the last week of the 30×30 Challenge?! I have a lot of hopes for you with this challenge but one of them is that I hope this plan proves to you that a healthy lifestyle IS achievable and maintainable.

30 minute workouts. Healthy meals that are quick and actually taste good. Sticking to it. Feeling accomplished. Looking good. Enjoying life.
