Training Tip Thursday: 5 MOVES FOR A TOTAL BODY HOME WORKOUT
Each of the 5 movements have both a beginner variation and an advanced version. All of these moves are designed to work with a chair, table, step, or any elevated surface; these movements can be done in the comfort of your own home, but also brought into the gym!
This workout can be preformed in a circuit, moving through each movement and repeating 3-5 times or each movement can be done in 3 sets of 15-25 reps. Because you are either using just your body weight for resistance or lighter dumbbells, stick with a higher rep range and keep the workout at a faster pace to integrate some cardio and even more calorie burning!
